There have been a lot of good things happen in the world of wine. Modern technology is producing high quality wines around the world. Consumption patterns are changing to reflect the use of wine as part of a healthful diet.

Where to start? If wine is part of your diet now, you will be glad to know you have a good foundation on which to build. If wine is not, you must consider the scientific information that defines the advantages of entering the world of wine for your heart's sake as well as the enjoyment of complementing your meals.
